Meet Zoe Sheehan, CSC, LPC-Associate: Supporting Teens, Families, and Women with Empathy and Insight

We are thrilled to welcome Zoe Sheehan, CSC, LPC-Associate, to the Well Mind Body team!

Zoe brings a deep passion for working with adolescents, families, and individuals navigating anxiety, identity, self-esteem, and life transitions. With a background in school counseling and education, she has spent the last several years helping students thrive both academically and emotionally. She now brings that same heart-centered approach to the therapy room.

Zoe holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Ithaca College and earned her Master’s in School Counseling from Sam Houston State University. Since 2018, she has taught and counseled in Texas public schools, currently serving as a school counselor in Katy, where she supports students ages 11–18. Her work is rooted in inclusivity, empathy, and building safe, affirming spaces for young people and their families.

At Well Mind Body, Zoe works with:

  • Teens and young adults navigating school stress, anxiety, or identity development

  • Teen and adults experiencing low self-worth, life transitions, or a desire for deeper personal growth

Zoe uses an integrative, strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Her sessions are collaborative, insight-driven, and designed to help clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing.

“I believe healing begins with connection,” Zoe says. “Whether you’re facing emotional pain or simply want a safe space to process life, I’m here to walk alongside you with care.”

Zoe is currently accepting new clients for both in-person sessions in Houston and virtual sessions across Texas. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Miller, PhD, LPC-S, LMFT-S.

We are so honored to have Zoe on our team and know that her compassionate presence will be a gift to every client she meets.
