Our psychotherapists provide psychotherapy services to Texas Residents only unless also licensed in another state.
Our therapists are licensed mental health professionals authorized to provide counseling and psychotherapy services only in the states in which they hold active licensure. Our therapists are licensed in the state of Texas and may only provide services to clients who are physically located in Texas at the time of service. Services provided through this practice do not constitute a therapeutic relationship in any state where the treating clinician is not licensed. If you are located outside of Texas or State in which your therapist is licensed, we encourage you to seek care from a provider licensed in your state.
Wellness coaching is separate from counseling and psychotherapy services.
Consumer Rights
In accordance with Texas law, including the Texas Health & Safety Code and applicable licensing regulations, clients of this practice have specific rights regarding their mental health care and protected health information.
Access to Records
Clients have the right to request access to or copies of their mental health records, subject to applicable laws and professional standards. Requests for records may be submitted by contacting our office via your portal or by calling 832.303.1228.

Professional Consultation & Legal Compliance
Therapists at this practice maintain current professional liability insurance and may consult with supervisors, attorneys, professional liability carriers, or other risk-management professionals regarding clinical, ethical, or legal matters as permitted by law. All such consultations are conducted in compliance with confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA and applicable state statutes.
