Do you feel like you're supposed to have it all figured out? Your career, your relationships, yourself, even when something underneath feels unsettled and hard to put into words?
Many people, especially men, reach a point where the pressure to perform, provide, and hold everything together starts to outweigh their ability to actually feel okay. Relationships get harder to navigate, emotions get pushed further down, and it becomes difficult to know where to even start talking about what's really going on.
I'm Christian Fuentes, LMFT-Associate at Well Mind Body Integrative Psychotherapy & Wellness in Houston. I work with teens, adults, and couples on relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and personal growth. I have a particular interest in working with men who are ready to understand themselves more clearly, strengthen their relationships, and get comfortable naming and working through what they feel instead of carrying it alone.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach is collaborative and strength-based. I want to help you recognize what's already working in your life while creating meaningful change in the places where you feel stuck. Therapy should be a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the harder parts of life without judgment.
Whether you're struggling in your relationships, trying to figure out what direction you want to take in life, or simply feel like something needs to change, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward the life and relationships you want.
Who I Work With
Therapy for Men in Houston
Many men were taught to handle things on their own. I help men understand themselves more clearly, manage stress and pressure, strengthen their relationships, and feel more comfortable expressing and working through their emotions, without judgment.
Couples Counseling in Houston
Whether you're stuck in the same arguments, feeling more like roommates than partners, or going through a major life change together, I help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect.
Teen Therapy in Houston
The teen years bring identity questions, friendship and relationship challenges, school pressure, and big emotions. I offer teens a safe, respectful space to open up. I also help families strengthen their connection.

For adults experiencing stress, anxiety, a major life transition, or a sense of feeling stuck, I help you get clear on what you want and take practical steps forward.

What to Expect
Your first session is a chance to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what you'd like to be different, and what's already working. There's no pressure to share everything at once. From there, we'll work together on a plan that fits your goals and your pace.
