Zoe Sheehan, CSC, LPC-Associate

Supporting teens, young adults, and families through anxiety, identity, and life transitions.

Zoe Sheehan is a therapist who understands what it’s like to grow up, in a world that moves fast and expects perfection. With a background in education and school counseling, she specializes in helping teens, young adults, and families navigate anxiety, self-esteem, identity development, and major life transitions with compassion and clarity.

Zoe holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Ithaca College and a Master’s in School Counseling from Sam Houston State University. Since 2018, she has supported Texas students ages 11–18 as both a teacher and school counselor, helping them thrive emotionally, academically, and socially.

Her approach blends relational therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies, creating a warm, affirming space where young people can explore who they are, express emotions safely, and build confidence. For parents, Zoe helps strengthen communication and understanding at home, turning conflict into connection.

If your teen or young adult is feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure, Zoe offers a calm space to reset, grow, and find their voice.

At Well Mind Body, Zoe works with:

  • Teens and young adults navigating school stress, anxiety, or identity development

  • Teen and adults experiencing low self-worth, life transitions, or a desire for deeper personal growth

  • Career Counseling for young adults entering the workforce

Zoe uses an integrative, strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Her sessions are collaborative, insight-driven, and designed to help clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing.

“I believe healing begins with connection,” Zoe says. “Whether you’re facing emotional pain or simply want a safe space to process life, I’m here to walk alongside you with care.”

Zoe is currently accepting new clients for both in-person sessions in Houston and virtual sessions across Texas. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Miller, PhD, LPC-S, LMFT-S.
