Elizabeth Miller, Ph.D, LPC-S, LMFT-S Founder, Integrative Psychotherapist
Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or downright exhausted?
I know how difficult it can be to enter a new season of life with no guidebook.
I am here to help you navigate your current challenges and also help you work through past traumas and patterns that may be holding you back from living the life that you want.
After years of working in emergency psychiatric, addiction recovery, and private practice settings, I found that people were seeking a more integrative approach to mental health and mind-body healing.
I merge research-based mind-body techniques, ancient wisdom traditions and practices with modern neuroscience to help you achieve and experience the transformation you are seeking.

Mary Beth Lee, LCSW
Mary Beth’s path to becoming a clinical social worker was born from unimaginable tragedy. On August 8, 1998, her family’s life changed forever in a devastating car accident that claimed the life of her oldest son, Johnny, and left her second son, Christopher, with a traumatic brain injury. From that day forward, Mary Beth’s life and career took on a new purpose to understand and help others navigate grief, trauma, and healing.
“I’ve struggled, explored, questioned, and discovered along the way,” Mary Beth says. “My own healing journey has given me a profound understanding of the realities and consequences of traumatic loss, and it’s now my mission to support others through their darkest moments.”
Education and Training
Mary Beth earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Houston’s Graduate College of Social Work, where she currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Committee. She is also a Fellow with the ChildTrauma Academy and has studied extensively under Dr. Bruce Perry, a renowned expert in trauma.
