What is Pharmacogenomics (PGx) Testing?
Pharmacogenomics (PGx) testing is a genetic test that analyzes how a person's genes affect their response to medications/pharmaceuticals. Here at Well Mind Body, we offer PGX testing through Fagron Genomics US, a genetic and biomarker testing company. The simple cheek swab can be completed in our office in less than five minutes.

I am incredibly honored to be appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the Pediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome Advisory Council. This council is dedicated to improving the lives of children affected by this sudden and challenging condition. I'm excited to collaborate with such a distinguished group of experts to advance research, diagnosis, treatment, and education related to PANS. Thank you all for your support as we work towards a brighter future for these children and their families!

A Divorce Recovery + Empowerment Group
This group will be held in person, at Well Mind Body, 3801 Kirby Drive Suite 344, on the second Wednesday of each month from 6-7:30pm, October 9th, 2024-May 12th, 2025. This group is for any woman who is contemplating, currently experiencing or on the other side of divorce.

This particular group was interested in learning more about how nutrition can affect symptoms of ADHD. I was so grateful for the opportunity to share so much of the current research regarding inflammation, epigenetics and nutrition

Woah… today our babies, who aren’t so little anymore walked back into school. The prep work, the emotions, the restless nights of laying awake, wondering how this year will be for them.. everything became real as we walked our kids into school this morning.

From Theory to Practice: Dr. Miller's Comprehensive Approach to Addiction Treatment Education at UHCL
Last semester, Dr. Miller served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston- Clear Lake, teaching Substance Use and Treatments.
Substance abuse is a pervasive issue that affects not only individuals but also their families and communities. Understanding and addressing this complex problem requires a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates psychological, social, and medical perspectives.
