Meet Allie Lee, LPC-Associate – Supporting Children, Teens and Young Adults with Clarity and Compassion
Allie specializes in helping children, teens and young adults navigate the often overwhelming transitions and pressures of childhood and early adulthood. Whether you're adjusting to college life, entering the workforce, or trying to figure out who you are and what you want, Allie creates a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore it all. She works with clients dealing with people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-esteem struggles, and codependent relationship patterns—common challenges for those trying to find their voice and identity.
Allie also supports clients working through childhood attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and feeling disconnected from their authentic selves. With a focus on mindfulness-based tools, emotional regulation, and practical support for time management and executive functioning, Allie’s goal is to help you build confidence, clarity, and self-compassion as you move through pivotal life stages.
Allie has received training at the Gestalt Institute and Relationship Center of New Orleans. Prior to working in private practice, Allie served as a community outreach specialist, serving families needing specialized mental health support.
I love working with teens and young adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety and challenging life transitions. -Allie
