Celebrating One Year of Zoe Sheehan at Well Mind Body
This month, we're celebrating a milestone that means so much to our team: Zoe Sheehan's first year as a therapist at Well Mind Body Integrative Psychotherapy & Wellness.
Anyone who has worked alongside Zoe, or been lucky enough to sit across from her in session, knows what makes her different. She brings heart and connection into every room she enters. She doesn't just show up for her clients; she shows up for who they are, meeting each person exactly where they stand, without judgment and without a script.
Over the past year, Zoe has walked alongside kids, teens, young adults, and families through some of life's hardest transitions and heaviest moments including divorce, chronic illness, anxiety, depression and OCD. She has supported students navigating the jump from high school to college, and young adults finding their footing in the workplace for the first time. That range takes more than clinical skill. It takes genuine presence, and Zoe has it in abundance.
She has also spent this year investing in her own growth, completing multiple trainings to sharpen her skills and deepen the care she offers. At the same time, she's continued her work as a high school counselor, supporting students in two demanding roles, and doing both with the same steadiness and warmth.
Beyond the client work, Zoe has become an integral part of our team. She's the kind of teammate who makes the people around her better simply by being in the work with them.
Zoe, thank you for the heart you bring to this work, the trust your clients place in you, and the warmth you bring to our team every single day. We are so grateful you're part of Well Mind Body, and we can't wait to see what the next year holds.
