Volgin Gut + Brain Health Foods Now Available at Well Mind Body

We’re excited to announce a new wellness partnership with Volgin, a Houston-based clinical nutrition company founded by Dr. Andrei Volgin. Known for its powerful connection to neuroscience and gut health, Volgin creates small-batch, wild-fermented foods designed to support the gut-brain axis and whole-body healing.

And now—you can grab them right here at our office.

Starting this week, Well Mind Body clients can stop by our practice and conveniently purchase Volgin’s award-winning, microbiome-supportive foods directly from our self-service fridge. Whether you’re between sessions or just in the neighborhood, we welcome you to come by and stock up on nourishing, handcrafted favorites.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Swipe your card

  2. Open the fridge and browse

  3. Take what you need, close the door

  4. Enjoy nutrient-rich, brain-friendly food
